As long as I can remember, back to the beginning, Natalya started making Mexican, and we all loved it.
It's just so fun! Festive! Messy. And you get to make it just how you like it.
Gabriel puts a stunning amount of corn on his.
Maxime likes the grated cheese.
Papa likes the sour cream.
And Mama likes the refried beans (which are really excellent, and which Mari taught her how to make).
Well, the other day, we have Mexican, and the boys always shout "Yeah!".
But this time, Gabriel, being Gabriel, decided that he would prefer to have a couple of pieces of left-over pizza as a starter (offered by Mama), before he had a Mexican wrap.
He took some sauce, which was a hot one, and put it on his pizza.
I said: "No, careful, that's the hot sauce, not the doux."
He put his hand to his mouth and said:
"Oopsie-Daisy!"

Later, after finishing two pieces of pizza, he wasn't too interested in the Mexican food, so he made a beard out of it instead:
